Product Overview

B-100 is a molecular antifoaming substance with a special defoaming mechanism. Unlike other common mineral oil and silicone oil-based defoaming substances, this antifoaming agent also has a wetting effect that traditional antifoaming agents do not have.

B-100 is a mineral oil-based compound synthesized by special molecular structure defoamer and special mineral oil. It is suitable for all kinds of high-gloss pure C, benzene C and vinyl C coatings.

◆ Addition amount is 1/3-1/2 lower than traditional defoamer; reduce the cost of defoamer by at least 20%.

◆The product has no delamination problem in the storage period, which often occurs in common mineral oil-based defoamer.

◆Faster breaking speed than ordinary defoamer

◆ It has good effect on breaking fine foam

Typical applications

Usage

The dosage is 0.1~0.5% by weight of solid ingredients in water-based coatings.

Packing & Storage

Small drum: 25kg or 180kg, please store at 5-35℃, avoid direct heating.
