Product Overview

PX-10 is specially designed for use in waterborne coating systems to achieve excellent whiteness and vividness. It can play a certain role in thickening the paint in the formulation, while maintaining high fluidity and improving the opening effect of the finished product. It has a wide range of compatibility in all kinds of water-based systems, and the effect is continuous and stable. It has good sunlight fastness and acid and alkali resistance.

Performance Characteristics

1. Broad-spectrum, long-lasting killing of many kinds of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, low dosage.

2. Wide range of applicable pH, 2-9 can be used, miscible with water, can be added in any process, easy to operate

3. Low toxicity, the concentration of use is completely harmless, discharge no residue, will not cause cumulative pollution to the environment. Miscible with water, can be added in any process, easy to operate

4. Non-combustible, easy to transport, convenient to use. Good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and protein components.

Application

In order to get a more ideal opening effect, it is recommended that PX-10 be added at the later stage of the formulation, the amount of addition is generally 0.1-0.5%, and it is appropriate to add slowly.

Shelf life of 24 months at room temperature, avoid sunlight and high temperature.

There is a tendency of turbidity and precipitation at room temperature, but it does not affect the use.
