Costa-Rica Rust converter N800

Product Overview

N800 is a high gloss, low viscosity water-based rust converter. It is made of functional emulsion and high molecular weight rust converting additives. When applied to the rust surface, it can complex with the rust and produce a dense gray-black antirust protective coating.

Construction instructions

Substrate treatment: Wire brush, electric brush and other tools to clean the floating rust on the substrate, to remove the large loose floating rust, oil, soil and other foreign matter that is not solid.

Construction method: Brush, spray or soak the rusted surface, use the transformed antirust protective layer as primer, and spray the top coat after drying.

Construction conditions: temperature above 10 degrees and below 45 degrees, humidity below 85%.

Outdoor rain, snow and fog can not work.

Construction interval: surface drying time of 10-30 minutes; 12 hours after the next step can be sprayed primer and topcoat. Application: It is suitable for anticorrosion treatment of steel bars, steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines and other metals with rust.

Packing specification: 50kg/drum or 1000kg/drum, or according to customer's customization.

Storage & Transportation

Shelf life: 6 months, storage temperature: 5-35℃, anti-freezing, sealed and protected from light. Water-based product, non-flammable, non-explosive.
