Kazakhstan High-Temperature Insulation Coating
Category:
Product Description
I. Product Overview
Tianci High-Temperature Insulation Coating is meticulously formulated through precise blending and high-speed dispersion processes, combining high-performance thermal insulation materials with special high-temperature-resistant resins, functional thermal insulation fillers, and eco-friendly additives. After application and curing, it forms a dense, three-dimensional, nano-porous thermal insulation coating that simultaneously blocks all three modes of heat transfer—conduction, convection, and radiation. Suitable for various harsh high-temperature industrial environments, it delivers multiple benefits including high energy efficiency, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion protection. The product features lightweight yet high strength, corrosion and weather resistance, and eco-friendliness. It offers exceptional adaptability during application and meets Class B1 fire safety standards. As a replacement for traditional insulation materials such as rock wool and alumina silicate, it delivers significant advantages in both thermal insulation performance and service life.

III. Product Features:
1. Fire-retardant and flame-resistant with high safety ratings: Does not burn, emit smoke, or decompose in high-temperature environments; maintains stable high-temperature and fire-resistant performance, enhancing the safety standards of industrial equipment.
2. Self-curing at room temperature, low application threshold: The product self-cures and forms a film at room temperature without requiring high-temperature baking; after curing, the structure remains stable, and the coating is dense, crack-free, and non-peeling, making it suitable for various on-site construction environments such as outdoor and industrial plant settings.
3. Strong adhesion and stable mechanical properties: It exhibits high bonding strength with steel substrates. After curing, the structure is dense with excellent compressive strength; the coating resists peeling and flaking, withstands mechanical impact, and offers a long service life.
4. Simple application, suitable for complex and irregularly shaped equipment: Supports various application methods such as spraying and scraping. The thin coating conforms perfectly to irregular components like pipes, flanges, welds, and irregularly shaped tanks, addressing the challenge of hard-to-reach areas in traditional insulation material installation.
5. Corrosion and weather resistance with comprehensive protection: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, as well as aging; it blocks moisture and corrosive media. It provides both thermal insulation and protection for the substrate, delaying equipment corrosion and wear.
6. Eco-friendly, safe, and pollution-free: Made from environmentally friendly raw materials with no harmful volatile substances; it is non-toxic and odorless during application and use, meeting industrial environmental production requirements.
IV. Application Scenarios
Widely applicable in industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, power generation and thermal power, metallurgy and forging, new energy, district heating networks, building materials, and cement. Suitable for complex components such as steam pipes, flanges and valves, weld seams, irregularly shaped tanks, reactors, industrial furnaces, and exhaust ducts. Particularly well-suited for complex field and on-site construction conditions, perfectly addressing the shortcomings of traditional rock wool and alumina silicate insulation, such as dead zones, water absorption, and peeling.
V. Application Instructions
Substrate Preparation
Thoroughly clean the surface of the equipment or piping substrate, ensuring it is dry, smooth, free of oil, dust, and loose rust layers. Rusted metal areas must be derusted to Sa2.5 or St3 grade.
Stir the coating thoroughly before use. If the viscosity is too high, add a small amount of water to dilute it (addition ≤5%).
Standard Application Procedures
Apply by spraying, brushing, or rolling according to the workpiece’s shape; for thick insulation layers, apply in multiple coats, with each coat’s thickness controlled between 1–3 mm. Apply the next coat only after the previous one has surface-dried. The surface is ready for use once the coating is fully cured.
VI. Packaging Specifications
Packaged in sealed plastic drums, 10 kg per drum; custom packaging is available.
VII. Storage and Transportation
Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated, cool, and shaded warehouse. Do not expose to direct sunlight or rain. Maintain storage temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents. Prevent crushing, damage, and leakage. Store different production batches separately and label them clearly.
Shelf Life: Unopened and sealed in original packaging, the product has a shelf life of 6 months; after this period, performance testing must be conducted and the product must pass before it can be used.
Transportation: Handle with care during loading and unloading to avoid violent impacts, crushing, or dropping; transport as non-hazardous goods.
