This electricity-free cooling reflective insulation coating uses an acrylic emulsion as its film-forming binder and is scientifically formulated with functional components such as nano-scale reflective fillers and glass microspheres. Relying on a unique dual-protection system consisting of a reflective layer and a barrier layer, it effectively blocks the intrusion of solar radiation heat without relying on electricity, while rapidly dissipating heat accumulated on and within the substrate. Storage and Transportation:
1. Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment at 5°C–35°C, away from direct sunlight, and kept away from sources of fire, heat, and corrosive substances. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture evaporation and contamination by impurities. Stir the product periodically during storage to ensure uniformity.
2. Transportation: Transport in accordance with non-hazardous material standards. Handle with care during transportation to avoid violent impacts or inversion, and prevent damage to the packaging. The transportation environment must meet the storage temperature requirements; avoid transporting the product in environments with extremely high or low temperatures.
Precautions:
1. Before application, clean the substrate surface to ensure it is clean, dry, free of oil, loose dust, and loose debris. The moisture content of the substrate must meet application requirements to avoid compromising coating adhesion.
2. During application, ensure the ambient temperature is between 5°C and 35°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85%. Avoid application during rainy or windy weather. After application, allow the coating to dry naturally without human interference.
3. This product is a water-based coating. It may be diluted with an appropriate amount of water as needed (dilution ratio not exceeding 10%). Stir thoroughly before use. Once diluted, use the product as soon as possible to prevent deterioration.
4. Application personnel must wear protective gear such as gloves and masks to prevent the coating from coming into contact with the skin or eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
5. This product has a shelf life of 6 months (from the date of manufacture). After the expiration date, product performance must be tested; use is permitted only if the product passes the test.
