As a common welding method nowadays, submerged arc welding is most widely used in machinery manufacturing industries such as bridges and hoisting machinery.
However, after applying water-based paint, it is the part most prone to "flash rust". Due to the complex material reactions of weld seams, it is difficult for ordinary flash rust inhibitors to effectively inhibit "flash rust". In response to this, we have launched an anti-flash rust agent composed of organic complexes and various polymer compounds, which has a synergistic effect with anti-corrosion pigments.
