Aerogel products
Aerogel powder offers thermal insulation, safety protection, form adaptability and functional stability, making it suitable for producing aerogel pastes and finished aerogel coatings. It enables coatings to achieve excellent thermal insulation properties.
Two aerogel dispersants form a dual-anchoring mechanism, constructing a double space-group layer. Compatible with light, they adapt to the production of various water-based aerogel coatings. Powder dispersants exhibit higher depolymerisation efficiency than liquid agents, laying the foundation for the adsorption of dispersant 2511.
Aerogel paste, capable of being combined with emulsions to produce aerogel coatings, offers thermal insulation, safety protection, form adaptability and stable functionality. It finds application in scenarios such as building wall/pipe insulation, industrial equipment, and fireproofing and flame retardancy in specific sectors.
Aerogel Thermal Insulation Coating
This product is a single-component water-based coating formulated with nano-silica aerogel as its core thermal insulation material, combined with an eco-friendly emulsion. Through the dual action of “nanoporous thermal barrier + infrared reflection,” it achieves highly efficient thermal insulation and heat retention. Suitable for various applications including building interior and exterior walls, industrial storage tanks, and cold chain transport vehicles, it offers convenient application while being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
