Not only does it chemically react with existing rust to convert it, but it also forms a waterproof protective layer on the metal surface. Application Method: Lightly oxidised substrates require no rust removal. Moderately oxidised surfaces necessitate grinding to eliminate loose rust. The product may then be brushed, sprayed, or applied by immersion directly onto rusted surfaces. After drying, apply primer and topcoat. Treated components achieve surface dryness within 2-4 hours at ambient temperature, with full cure occurring after 24 hours. (Adjust application schedules according to environmental conditions during use; lower temperatures or higher humidity will prolong drying times. Subsequent processes may only commence once the coating is fully cured.)

Note: Unused product must be stored in a well-ventilated, light-protected, dry location at room temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Take precautions against freezing.
