Construction process

1. Pre-cleaning-thermal spraying process flow

Barrel-making → pre-cleaning treatment (degreasing - cold water washing - phosphating - hot water washing) → drying (80 ℃ - 120 ℃ / 8-10 min) → paint (spraying before the barrel temperature of 50-70 ℃ - spraying when water-based paint heating 30 50 ° C) → drying (paint stage: 80 ° C - 90 ° C / 2-3 min, the second section: 150 ° C - 170 ° C / 8-12 min, the third section: 140 ° C - 160 ° C / 3-5 min) → paint spraying (before spraying the barrel temperature of 50-70 ° C - spraying water-based paint heating 30 160℃/3-5min)→cooling (strong cooling - self-cooling)→finished products.

2. Cold rubbing-cold spraying process

Barrel-making → wipe barrel processing (two internal wipe / internal vacuum - three external wipe / phosphating, vacuum drying - artificial blowing top wipe the upper edge) → spray paint (preheat the barrel before spraying 3-5min temperature of 5 ℃ or more - spraying waterborne paint heated 30 ℃ -50 ℃) → drying (paint stage: 80 ℃ -90℃/2-3min, the second section: 150℃-170℃/8-12min, the third section: 140℃-160℃/3-5min)→cooling (strong cooling - self-cooling)→finished products.
