Dispersant 5040 is a polyacrylate dispersant with excellent wetting and dispersing effect for solid particles in various aqueous systems. It effectively reduces viscosity and has a good stabilizing effect on the system.

This product is easy to add, not easy to bubble, can effectively improve the coating system of floating color bloom problem. It has good dispersing effect on titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, talc, wollastonite, zinc oxide and other commonly used pigment fillers. It can be used in coating, printing ink, paper making, textile, water treatment and other fields.

Usage

Recommended dosage is 0.1-1% (w/w of solids).

There is no limitation on the adding stage, it is recommended to add in the dispersing stage.

Specific dosage is recommended to be obtained through experiments.

Packing

30 or 250kg/drum.

Storage

Storage temperature should not be lower than 0℃, so pay attention to the place of placement.

If localized condensation occurs due to low ambient temperature, it can be warmed up to room temperature and stirred well before use.
