Product use: Coated on wall tiles, as an intermediate coating, on which emulsion paint is directly applied or putty is scraped and coated with emulsion paint. Renovation of internal and external wall tiles and other smooth surface substrates.

Product features: Using water as thinner, very low VOC. It can retain the grooves between the tiles and the grain of the tiles, no need to scrape and apply putty, saving labor and material resources, and cheap cost. Interface agent enhances the adhesion of tile surface, and can be used together with tile renovation paint to make the old tile facade have the effect of re-tiling, without having to knock down the tiles, simple construction and low cost.

Technical index: solid content: A component is 46±2%, B component is 56%.

Drying time: (25 ℃, 50% humidity, dry film thickness of 10-15 microns) surface drying: 2 hours

Top coat interval: 24 hours Drying time varies with temperature and humidity. When the temperature is too low or the humidity is too high, you have to extend the time between topcoats.

Theoretical construction area: Theoretically, one kilogram of paint (A and B components together 1 kg) can paint 20-25 square meters per layer. The actual application area may vary depending on the method of application and the size of the grooves between the tiles.

Trial period: 6 hours

Color: component A is light yellow transparent liquid, component B is white uniform liquid.

Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry warehouse, protected from frost, the effective storage period of component A is one year, and the effective storage period of component B is 3 months.

Surface Treatment

Use ratio: water-based epoxy interface agent A component: water-based epoxy interface agent B component: water = 1.0:6.5:4-6.

Use

1, according to the quality of waterborne epoxy interface agent A component: waterborne epoxy interface agent B component = 1.0:6.5 ratio mixing, the use of machinery will be fully mixed, mixing 10-15min.

2, add 4-6 parts of water in the above mixed paint solution, stir evenly before construction.

Caveat

1、Require the temperature > 10 ℃, the relative humidity of the environment is below 80%. If forced construction will affect the end-use performance of the coating.

2、After mixing the two components, it needs to be used within 6 hours, otherwise it will not be used. It should be prepared according to the need to avoid waste.

3、After construction, after about 2 hours, the surface of the paint film has been dried due to evaporation of water, but the epoxy resin and epoxy curing agent have not been fully cross-linked reaction, at this time, the paint film can not be exposed to water, otherwise the coating will be blistering. 24 hours later, you can construct other coatings on the coating.
