Scope of application: It is suitable for sealing outdoor brick walls, concrete and cement walls.

Characteristics: The product has excellent sealing, can prevent water-soluble salt, alkali precipitation, excellent penetration and adhesion, has excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance, effective filling of the bottom surface, so that the topcoat is easier to paint, more smooth.

It is composed of special acrylic resin, high quality pigment and filler, additives, solvent and so on.

Technical index: state in the container: no hard lumps, uniform state after mixing.

Alkali resistance: (48 hours) no abnormality.

Water resistance: (168 hours) no abnormality.

Paint consumption: (once/theoretical value) 6-10m2/kg (the actual painting area will be different depending on the condition of the substrate) Drying time: (Temperature 25℃/relative humidity 70%) Surface drying: 1 hour Drying time: 24 hours Re-coating interval ≥ 4 hours Construction method: Brushing, roller coating or spraying.

Surface treatment

The new concrete surface must be fully dry for more than 30 days (winter to extend the drying time), remove crystallization salts, shoveling chalky loose old paint film, with high-quality exterior putty filler uneven grass-roots surfaces, dry with fine sandpaper sanding, remove floating ash, to ensure that the grass-roots level is clean, no grease and dirt, dust, and no adhesion of bad points before the construction of the primer.

Precautions

The product must be stirred well before construction.

Construction temperature ≥0℃, water content <8%, PH value <10.

The construction environment should be free of frost, fog, rain and wind. The relative humidity of the air is less than 75%; it is forbidden to dilute the product with water, and the construction tools must be clean. Smoke and fire are strictly prohibited at the construction site.

Storage temperature: 0℃-35℃, stored in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
