Key Properties
1. Delivers outstanding dispersion effects even at low addition levels in masterbatches for PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PS, etc.
Enhances surface gloss of masterbatches while reducing mechanical wear and energy consumption.
2. Highly effective for extremely difficult-to-disperse pigments, especially carbon black, phthalocyanine blue, and phthalocyanine green.
3. Enhances brightness, impact strength, and fracture strength in products modified with inorganic fillers.
4. Provides excellent lubrication and viscosity reduction for transparent products.
5. Acts as a lubricant in rigid PVC profiles and sheets without causing frosting.
6. Improves printability of plastic products.
7. Provides significant internal/external lubrication and dispersion for various engineering plastics like nylon fibers.
Recommended Dosage
Inorganic Pigments: 0.5-1% (wt%)
Organic Pigments: 5-10% (wt%)
Carbon Black or Phthalocyanine Pigments: 8-20% (wt%)
