Product Description:
This product is also known as vinyl bisstearamide. S-600 is a hard, brittle white high-melting-point wax. The industrial product appears as fine, slightly yellowish granules. It is non-toxic, has no adverse effects on humans, and is insoluble in most solvents at room temperature. It is stable in acidic, alkaline, and aqueous media, but soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. The powder exhibits a pronounced slippery feel and becomes wettable by water above 80°C.

Applications:
Plastics: S-600 serves as an internal and external lubricant in numerous thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics. In thermoplastic PUR injection molding, it functions as an internal release agent. It can also be used as a lubricant for polyformaldehyde.
Rubber: Adding 1–3% S-600 to synthetic resin and rubber emulsions provides excellent anti-sticking and anti-caking effects. S-600 enhances surface gloss in automotive floor mats, drain pipes, and other rubber products.　
Chemical Fibers: S-600 improves heat resistance, weather resistance, and flow properties of polyester and polyamide fibers while imparting anti-static effects.
Pigment/Filler Dispersing Agent: S-600 serves as a pigment dispersing agent for plastic and chemical fiber masterbatches, such as ABS, PS, polypropylene, and polyester masterbatches. S-600 also functions as a diffusion powder for plastic color matching. 
Other Applications: Melt point elevator for petroleum products; lubricant and corrosion inhibitor for metal wire drawing; encapsulation material for electrical components; defoaming  agent and paper coating component in papermaking; defoaming  agent and permanent water repellent in textile dyeing and finishing. When added to asphalt, it reduces viscosity while enhancing softening point, water resistance, and weatherability.

Packaging & Storage  
Product packaging consists of kraft paper inner bags with woven outer bags. Available in 20kg/bag or 25kg/bag.
During transportation, protect from direct sunlight and rain. Storage areas should be well-ventilated. Handle and transport as general chemicals.
