N680 is an economical water-based rust converter with moderate viscosity. It is made of functional emulsion, polymer rust converting additives, etc. After applying to the surface of rust, it can complex with rust and generate a dense grey-black antirust protective coating.

Construction instructions

Substrate treatment: steel wire brush, electric brush and other tools to clean up the floating rust on the substrate, remove large pieces of loose floating rust, oil, mud and other unsound foreign matter.

Construction method: brush, spray or soak on the rusty surface, the transformed anti-rust protective layer can be used as primer, and the top coat can be sprayed after drying.

Construction conditions: temperature above 10 degrees and below 45 degrees, humidity below 85%.

Outdoor rain, snow, foggy weather can not be construction.

Construction interval: surface drying time of 10-30 minutes; 12 hours after the next step can be sprayed primer and other processes.

Application: It is suitable for anticorrosion treatment of steel bars, steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines and other metals with rust.

Packing specification: 50kg/drum or 1000kg/drum, or according to customer's customization.

Storage & Transportation:

Shelf life of 6 months, storage temperature 5-35 ℃, pay attention to anti-freezing, avoid light and sealed storage.
