Tianci Nano Titanium Crystal Ceramic Coating utilises a proprietary SiO₂ covalent bond structural system, combined with a modified nano-ceramic production process. Unlike conventional organic coatings, this product cures and forms a film at room temperature, creating a dense and hard ceramic protective layer. With six core advantages—room-temperature curing, high hardness and wear resistance, 1,000°C heat resistance, superior corrosion protection, hydrophobic self-cleaning properties, and eco-friendliness—it is suitable for substrate protection across all industries. Replacing traditional paints, anti-corrosion paints and standard thermal insulation coatings, it is a new type of multifunctional coating that integrates industrial corrosion protection, high-temperature protection and high-end decoration.

1. Curing and Film Formation at Room Temperature | Convenient Application and Low Energy Consumption
Utilising a proprietary nano-ceramic generation process at room temperature, the product requires no high-temperature baking and cures naturally at ambient temperatures. It is suitable for on-site application in outdoor environments, industrial sites and on large-scale equipment, reducing energy consumption and construction costs whilst accommodating various complex application scenarios.
2. High-Temperature Resistance and Non-Combustibility | Class A Fire Retardant with a temperature resistance range of 500°C–1200°C, meeting national Class A1 fire safety standards. It does not burn, emit smoke or decompose into carbon in high-temperature environments, demonstrating exceptional thermal stability, making it suitable for fire protection on all types of high-temperature industrial equipment.
3. Superior Corrosion Resistance | Excellent and Stable Salt Spray Resistance The Si-O bond molecular structure provides resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and seawater erosion. It withstands salt spray testing for over 2,400 hours, making it suitable for marine, chemical and other harsh, high-salt-spray, humid environments, providing long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion for metal substrates.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, well-ventilated and dry place at 5–30°C. Shelf life is 12 months unopened; keep sealed after opening;

V. Application Instructions
Application Methods: Brush, roller, spray (airless spraying is optimal)
Application Temperature: 5–45°C; cures naturally at room temperature, no baking required
Application Humidity: Air humidity ≤85%; substrate surface must be free of standing water and condensation
Theoretical Coverage: 0.1–0.2 kg/m²
Touch Dry Time: 1–2 hours (at 25°C ambient temperature)
Full Cure: Fully cured after 8 hours; maximum hardness and corrosion resistance achieved after 48 hours
Mixing Ratio: This is a two-component product; mix and stir according to the recommended ratio; no dilution required.
Application Precautions1. Environmental Restrictions: Do not apply outdoors in rain, snow, heavy fog or high humidity; cease application if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C.
2. Tool Cleaning: Clean application tools thoroughly immediately after use.
