N560 is an economical, low viscosity water-based rust converter. It is made of functional emulsion, polymer rust converting additives, etc. After applying to the surface of rust, it can complex with rust and generate a dense grey-black antirust protective coating.

Application Instructions
Substrate Preparation: Remove surface rust using wire brushes, power brushes, or similar tools. Eliminate large loose rust flakes, oil, dirt, and other unstable contaminants.

Application Method: Apply by brush, spray, or dip coating onto rusted surfaces. The converted rust-inhibiting protective layer serves as a primer. Topcoats may be applied after drying.

Application Conditions: Temperature above 10°C and below 45°C, humidity below 85%.

Do not apply outdoors during rain, snow, or fog.

Interval: Surface drying time 10-30 minutes; primer and topcoat can be sprayed after 12 hours.

Application Scope: Suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of rusted metals such as steel bars, steel structures, storage tanks, and pipelines.

Packaging Specifications: 50kg/drum or 1000kg/drum, or customized per customer requirements.

Storage and Transportation Instructions:

Shelf life: 6 months. Storage temperature: 5-35°C. Protect from freezing. Store sealed in a dark place.
