System composition: high penetration epoxy sealing primer, epoxy floor coating, solvent-free epoxy self-flowing plane coating.

High penetration epoxy sealing primer

High-permeability epoxy sealing primer is a two-component package, mainly composed of low molecular weight epoxy resin, penetration aid and curing agent. It has excellent sealing performance, excellent permeability and adhesion. It has obvious effect on the cement surface, especially on the loose substrate, it can be brushed, rolled, etc., with excellent construction performance.

Epoxy Floor Medium Coating

Epoxy flooring medium coating is divided into three-component package, composed of imported epoxy resin, curing agent and quartz sand, etc., and can be used with a variety of inorganic filler compound. It has low viscosity, convenient construction; high filling rate, limited cost reduction; high mechanical strength, excellent reinforcing effect on grass-roots level; excellent chemical resistance, good adhesion to primer and topcoat, and small shrinkage after hardening.

Solvent-free self-flowing flat paint 2.3 Solvent-free self-flowing flat paint

Solvent-free self-flowing flat paint is a two-component package, composed of imported high-quality epoxy resin and curing agent. Solvent-free self-leveling, does not contain TCI, the use of safe; film tough and durable, with anti-dust, anti-fog, water, moss, water, abrasion, impact resistance and other properties; strong adhesion, good flexibility, a coating can be obtained more than 500 microns of film, the surface is smooth, beautiful, with a mirror effect; high hardness, acid, alkali and general organic solvents.

Construction technology

 Requirements for cement plain ground

Requirements for cement floor firm, strong, no shell, preferably cement surface and concrete bottom together with the pouring, in order to put an end to the mortar layer layering phenomenon. If the concrete layer is leveled with mortar, the thickness of mortar layer should be more than 5cm.

The surface of the cement layer should not be sandy and have good hardness. The mortar layer should be well-maintained and watered at the right time to prevent chalking.

The surface should be flat, without unevenness, honeycomb pockmarked cement lumps and other phenomena.

 Dry surface, moisture content less than 6%, maintenance period after construction of concrete is 3-4 weeks in summer, 5-6 weeks in winter, mortar layer 2 weeks in summer, 4 weeks in winter.

The PH value of the cement surface should be 6.8-8.0. strength ≥ 24.0Mpa.

The ground is free of oil, wax and other paint, latex paint bubble gum residue. If so, try to remove first.

Check with 2m straightedge and wedge-shaped ruler, flatness is not greater than 4mm.

Slope should meet the design requirements, the allowable deviation value of 0.2% of the slope. Should be in the cement grass-roots level to do waterproof isolation layer treatment, the reason is that after coating film, closed strong, underground water vapor is not easy to release; waterproof isolation layer can effectively prevent the phenomenon of “anti-moisture”, in order to prevent the resulting blisters, the appearance of the phenomenon of peeling, prolonging the service life of the epoxy flooring.

Grass-roots level treatment

Ground grinding machine will be used to remove the loose layer, cement stains, lime film and other foreign matter, and the unevenness will be smoothed by grinding machine. For the ground with more depressions and pits, epoxy resin mortar should be used to fill and repair, and the surface should be free of oil, clean and dry.

Epoxy primer construction

Mix the epoxy primer according to the proportion of instructions, stir fully with electric mixer for 5-8 minutes, and leave it to activate for 30min, and finish coating with roller in 45 minutes, the distribution should be even when coating, and the dosage should be about 0.2kg/m.

Midway layer construction

After the primer has dried for about 18 hours, mix the middle layer according to the proportion of the instruction, stir well with an electric mixer for 5-8 minutes, and filter with a 60-mesh sieve. Pour it on the ground within 45 minutes, scrape the material with trowel, and break the bubble with bubble remover to make the surface smooth.

Top coating construction

After 24 hours of drying of medium coating, mix solvent-free epoxy self-flowing flat paint according to the proportion of instructions, stir fully with electric stirrer for 5-8 minutes, and filter with 60 mesh sieve. Scrape the material with the required specification trowel within 45 minutes, and break the bubbles with a bubble remover, and remove the impurities immediately. The hardening time of top coating is about 24 hours.

Maintenance of the project: the completed project requires maintenance for 7 days before it can be put into use (after 3 days, it can be walked on).
