This product is a two-component coating made of super weather-resistant fluorine resin as the base material. It can effectively prevent many kinds of chemical corrosive mediums from damaging the coating and prolong the service life of the coating.

Product characteristics: strong adhesion, high hardness, easy to clean, good color retention. Weather resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, self-cleaning. Long service life, good yellowing resistance, high film hardness, high gloss.

Technical index: Scrub resistance: >20000 times Water resistance: (240 hours) no abnormality.

Salt spray resistance: (1500h without any abnormality).

Paint consumption: (one pass/theoretical value) 8-10m2/kg (the actual painting area varies according to the base, construction environment and construction method).

Drying time: (temperature 25℃/relative humidity 70%) Surface drying: 1 hour Recoating interval>8 hours Drying time: 24 hours.

Construction method: spraying, brushing or roller coating.

Warranty period: 12 months.

Surface treatment: the construction surface must be fully dry, no grease, no dust; metal surfaces should be descaled. Precautions:

Before construction, make sure to mix the A and B double-component strictly according to the proportion, and add appropriate special fluorocarbon thinner according to the construction viscosity, and use it after 30 minutes of maturation.

Construction temperature ≥ 5 ℃, wall humidity < 8%, wall PH < 10. Construction environment relative humidity < 75%, should be no frost, no fog, no rain.

Storage temperature between 0℃-35℃, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.

This product is a two-liquid reaction type coating, so it should be used up within 4 hours after mixing.
