Anti-flash rust agent HY78 is composed of inorganic salts, organic compounds and polymers, applicable to a variety of metal substrates, good compatibility with the paint system, does not affect the drying speed of the paint and the adhesion of the paint to the substrate, and can improve the antirust properties of the paint.

1.Can form a dense oxide film on the metal surface, so that the metal ionization is blocked, thus slowing down the corrosion of the metal

2.Special polymer chelating effect can form a dense passivation film on the metal surface, effectively preventing the occurrence of flash rust.

3.Low additive level, excellent flash rust prevention performance.

4.Apply to two-component waterborne epoxy and other systems

Usage

1.It is recommended to add in the final stage of waterborne paint preparation

2.The recommended addition amount to solve the flash rust problem is 0.1-1% of the total formula.

3.Inhibit the flash rust of weld, cast iron, carbon steel, the recommended additive amount is 1%-2%.

Storage & Transportation

Ideal temperature condition: 0 to 30°C.

Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.

The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
