Anti-flash rust agent TY139 is made of organic compounds and polymers, it has a certain flash rust inhibition effect on different substrates, it is suitable for iron, cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel and other metal substrates, it has good compatibility with the coating system, it doesn't affect the drying speed of the coatings and the adhesion of the coatings to the substrate, and it can improve the antirust performance of the coatings.

1.Can effectively inhibit the flash rust phenomenon that occurs during the drying process of paint on iron substrates, applicable to a variety of substrates.
2.Can be quickly adsorbed on the metal substrate, forming an adsorption film, efficiently inhibiting flash rust phenomenon.
3.Lower addition amount, excellent flash rust prevention performance.
4.Suitable for waterborne acrylic, waterborne alkyd resin, two-component waterborne epoxy and other different systems.
Usage
1.It is recommended to add in the final stage of waterborne paint preparation
2.The recommended addition amount to solve the flash rust problem is 0.1-1% of the total formula.
3.Inhibit flash rust of weld, cast iron, carbon steel, the recommended additive amount is 1-2%.

Storage & Transportation
Ideal temperature condition: 0 to 30°C.
Exposure: Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Expiry date: 2 years in its original closed drum under the above storage conditions.
The color of the product may darken over time, but will not change its properties.
