N460 is a high gloss, low viscosity water-based rust converter. It is made of functional emulsion and high molecular rust converting additives. When applied to the rust surface, it can complex with rust and produce a dense grey-black antirust protective coating.

Construction instructions

Substrate treatment: wire brush, electric brush and other tools to clean the substrate rust, remove large loose rust, oil, soil and other foreign matter.

Construction method: Brush, spray or soak on the rusty surface, use the transformed anti-rust protective layer as primer, and spray the top coat after drying.

Construction conditions: temperature above 10 degrees and below 45 degrees, humidity below 85%.

Outdoor rain, snow and fog can not work.

Construction interval: surface drying time of 10-30 minutes; 12 hours after the next step can be sprayed primer and topcoat. Application: It is suitable for anticorrosion treatment of steel bars, steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines and other metals with rust.

Packing specification: 50kg/drum or 1000kg/drum, or according to customer's order. Storage & Transport:

Shelf life: 6 months, storage temperature: 5-35℃, anti-freezing, sealed and protected from light. Water-based product, non-flammable, non-explosive.
