The dispersion of polymer processing aid F8020 in resin largely determines its effectiveness. It is recommended to first prepare a masterbatch at 2-3% using a twin-screw extruder, then add it to the resin being extruded according to the final dosage. The initial use will take 20-60 minutes to become effective, depending on factors such as equipment, base material, and shear rate.
