Product overview：

Polymer processing aid F8029 is primarily used for high-viscosity, high-molecular-weight polyolefin resin products. This product can improve the processing properties of polyolefins and engineering plastics at extremely low addition levels, without affecting the physical properties of the resin itself or the adhesion, printing, and heat sealing performance of the final product. It is suitable for LLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, and other polyolefin resins.

Eliminate melt fracture and improve the surface quality of film 

Reduce the number of thin film spots/fish eyes, reduce or eliminate head exudate, and extend continuous production time

Under the condition of maintaining the original back pressure, improve the production capacity of the equipment

Excellent thermal stability can be used in high temperature processing.

The maximum temperature can reach 330℃

Typical applications:

Blow film, cast film, hollow blow molding plastic products, pipe, sheet, masterbatch and other polyolefin extrusion processes.

Usage method:

The dispersion of polymer processing aid F8029 in resin largely determines its effectiveness. It is recommended to first prepare a masterbatch at 2-3% using a twin-screw extruder, and then add it to the resin being extruded according to the final dosage. The initial use will take 20-60 minutes to become effective, depending on factors such as equipment, base material, and shear rate.
