When discussing rust-proof paint emulsions, we must first address why they were developed. Our daily lives are filled with metal products. We all know that without proper rust prevention, metal surfaces will eventually develop rust stains or spots over time. If only a small area rusts, simply repainting the affected spot with a fresh coat of paint will suffice.
However, if the rusted area is extensive, simply repainting will not eliminate the rust spots. This is especially true for materials and structures prone to corrosion, such as cast iron and welded joints, where complete rust removal is difficult.

Anti-rust paint prevents iron elements in metal from reacting chemically with oxygen and moisture in the air, which causes rust. Water-based metal anti-rust paint primarily uses organic polymer compounds blended with several water-based additives. When applied as a rust inhibitor for metal materials, it rapidly chelates with the surface to form a protective film.

It can improve resin defects and, when used with aluminum powder, effectively enhance the oriented arrangement of aluminum particles.
